Past incidents are appended here as they are resolved. We do not silently delete entries.

What "operational" means here

Web application — the marketing site and authenticated workspaces respond to requests.
Backend & database — reads and writes complete within normal latency; row-level security is enforced.
Audit chain verifier — /verify returns a deterministic answer for a supplied hash within seconds.
Evidence storage — uploads and downloads succeed and integrity hashes match.
AI gateway — Compass and tour-narration calls return a live answer; fallback to deterministic copy is not treated as an incident.
Transactional email — queue processes within target throughput and bounces stay below 2%.
