Evidence in, finding closed, chain extended

Wired

The owner drops re-screening evidence onto the issue. A SHA-256 receipt is written, the issue closes, the finding closes, and the four-step chain entry — finding → issue → evidence → closed — is hashed onto the audit chain.

What this saves you

The lifecycle *is* the record. 'How was that finding closed?' has a four-step answer with hashes — not a four-week email hunt.
