Two shapes. One success criterion you pick. A written year-2 price so the renewal conversation is a renewal, not a renegotiation. A reference-price-protection clause so this engagement never becomes your future anchor. The pilot pack — MSA scaffold, DPA, SOW, DPIA, BCP, pen test SoW, sub-processor list, retention policy and SLA — is ready to issue under NDA.

If your procurement gate requires anything in the Roadmap column before pilot, we are not your 2026 supplier. We will tell you on the first call so neither party wastes time.

Non-negotiable clause

Reference-price protection

The pilot fee paid under this agreement does not constitute, and shall not be referenced as, a baseline price for any subsequent licence, renewal, or commercial agreement between the parties, or as evidence of RegAlign's pricing to any third party. Production licence pricing is governed by RegAlign's then-current published commercial terms.

Full clause: see Pilot Agreement Scaffold §4. Any prospect that refuses this clause is not a fit for a pilot — we will tell you that on the first call.

What we do not commit to

Stated upfront, in writing

If your procurement gate requires SOC 2 before pilot, we are not a 2026 supplier for you. The customer-facing SLA is on the Support page, and the live platform state is on the Status page.

Indicative timeline

From first call to day-90 decision

  1. Day 0
    Intro call (20 min). Confirm fit, exchange NDA.
  2. Week 1
    Pilot pack issued. Scope and success criterion drafted.
  3. Week 2
    MSA + DPA + SOW signed. DPIA completed. Pilot fee invoiced.
  4. Week 3
    Kickoff. Baseline measured. Configuration of chosen workflow.
  5. Day 45
    Informal check-in (Startup) or formal mid-pilot review (Equiom).
  6. Day 90 / 120
    Written go/no-go with measured result. Conversion or fee-free exit.
