RegAlign Limited does not own the registered trade mark. The signed head-licence agreement is retained in the company's records. Data we collect at sign-in

RegAlign is invite-only. When you request access, sign in, or use the app, RegAlign Limited (as data controller) records the following personal data to manage access and keep an audit record:

• Your name, email address, firm and role (when you submit a request)
• Your IP address and browser user-agent string
• Sign-in and sign-out timestamps
• A hashed password (we never see or store the plain text)

Sign-in and sign-out events are retained in our authentication logs for approximately seven days. Your account profile (name, email, firm) is retained for as long as you have access and for a reasonable audit period afterwards. Request deletion at any time by emailing the address below. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (access control and audit) and, for invited pilot participants, performance of a contract.
