For professional advisers · coming soon

Use adviser time for judgement, not repeated research and document assembly.

Your clients are paying for your judgement. They do not need you to repeat the same research, evidence gathering, mapping and document preparation for every engagement.

RegAlign is preparing a route to work behind or alongside regulatory, compliance, risk and governance advisers on specific pieces of work. The adviser would keep the client relationship and professional judgement. RegAlign would organise evidence, carry out regulatory mapping and prepare agreed working papers or documents.

How it can work

Behind the scenes

RegAlign completes a specific piece of research, evidence preparation, regulatory mapping or document work for the adviser to review and use within its engagement.

Alongside your team

RegAlign joins the delivery team where both teams' expertise is useful and the client should see who is doing which part of the work.

Stop rebuilding recurring work

RegAlign helps turn recurring work into a clear method, evidence pack or document process so the adviser does not start again each time.

What stays with you
  • The client relationship
  • Your professional judgement and conclusions
  • Clear attribution of who did what
  • Agreed intellectual-property and evidence arrangements
  • The ability to use RegAlign only where it adds value
What RegAlign adds
  • Evidence gathering and working-paper preparation
  • Regulatory and compliance mapping
  • Methods that can be reused for recurring engagement types
  • Specialist support for specific pieces of work
  • A clear record of what was done, what evidence was used and how conclusions were reached
Boundary

This is not a default white-label or reseller arrangement. Scope, responsibility, attribution, client ownership, confidentiality and intellectual-property treatment are agreed for the specific engagement. RegAlign does not replace the adviser’s professional responsibility.

This professional-adviser route is not currently open for engagement. It will open only after the required insurance and contracts are in place and the service has been formally launched.
